The ideal candidate will be responsible for Salient CRGT is seeking a Technical Writer to support a service desk operation at USPS OIG. The Technical Writer will document all knowledge-based information, processes, and procedures. They will be responsible for designing/creating/maintaining technical and knowledge-based documentation including (but not limited to):
o Knowledge Repository (Cherwell)
o Process/Procedure Documents
o Online Help
o User guides
o White papers
o Requirements documents
o Use cases
o Documentation of items escalated to OIG Tier III and Engineering personnel
The Technical Writer must be able to develop and maintain effective working relations with Government personnel and service desk staff. Experience supporting service desk documentation preferred.
